Abstract: Currently， the research of evaluation standard of DC reconstruction project is in the exploratory stage， in which there is no uniform and normative evaluation standard. In order to comprehensively and accurately evaluate DC reconstruction project， combined with the characteristics of this kind of project， which belongs to DC project， but is different from newly constructed project， the evaluation system has been built from five aspects: process evaluation， economic evaluation， influence evaluation， technology evaluation and target evaluation. Then， the characteristic evaluation indices were proposed based on economic evaluation， reliability of power system and three-party satisfaction， which could have a certain referencial value for the comprehensive and objective evaluation on DC reconstruction project.
